Information Regarding Affinity Rewards

Big Dog's Hospitality Group is pleased to be able to issue "special edition" versions of its Rewards Card program for targeted marketing groups. These special edition versions are primarily standard Rewards Card programs with additional targeted benefits. Additional benefits are defined for each edition and may be for a limited time only. Unlike standard Big Dog's Reward Card accounts which are always free for a customer to join, special edition membership cards are subject to membership requirements, membership fees, setup charges or other fees as outlined by the details for that particular special-edition membership account.

Each special edition reward account earns 1 Big Dog's Reward Card point for each dollar spent in one of our facilities for food, beverage or retail purchases. Upon accumulating 120 points, 120 points are converted into a $10 credit on the card that can be redeemed for food, beverage or retail purchases at any Big Dog's Hospitality Group location. Earned credit must be redeemed with 12 months or it is subject to forfeiture.

Additional benefits, if any, for each special edition membership are determined by the membership type.

Customers may not be enrolled in more than one special edition membership at a time. If at some point, a customer wanted to change from one special edition membership to another special edition membership, the original special edition membership will be closed in lieu of the new special edition membership. Customers may not accumulate additional benefits from more than 1 special edition membership account type.

Current Affinity Special Edition Membership Types (as of 8/15/07):

Big Dog's Packer Backer Rewards Card. Issued only to dues paying members of the 2007 Packer Backer Club. Packer Club membership has its own defined membership benefits related to watching Green Bay Packer football at the company's Big Dog's Draft House location. Additional Rewards Card program benefits include double points on Tuesday through Friday evening visits. Double points must be added at the time of visit by location staff. See location management for details. Additional benefits expire February 11, 2008. Management reserves all rights to modify or cancel this program at any time.

BCS Rewards Card. Issued only to processed members of the company's BCS (Big Dog's College Saturday) Club. BCS membership has its own defined membership benefits related to watching college football at the company's locations. Additional Rewards Card program benefits include triple points on Saturday visits. Triple points added by Big Dog's Reward Card staff within 3 business days after the Saturday visit. See location management for details. Additional benefits expire January 8, 2008. Management reserves all rights to modify or cancel this program at any time.

Brewers Club Rewards Card. Issued only to processed members of the company's Brewers Club. Brewers Club membership has its own defined membership benefits related to purchasing and enjoying Big Dog's Brewing Company beers. Additional Rewards Card program benefits include double points on "Thursday Night is Beer Night" visits. Double points must be added at the time of visit by location staff. See location management for details. Additional benefits are not scheduled to expire. Management reserves all rights to modify or cancel this program at any time.
